Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Weekend Caregiver to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Allen in Allen, Texas. As a vital member of our team, you will provide exceptional care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and comfortably in their own homes. About the Role:

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality, compassionate care to individuals in their homes. This may include:

  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Providing companionship and social interaction

  • Assisting with mobility and transferring clients

  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting changes in client condition

  • Provide exceptional care and support to clients in their homes

  • Collaborate with our clinical team to develop and implement personalized care plans

  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients

  • Participate in ongoing education and training to ensure the highest level of care
