Main Ingredients of the Job
  • Lead with safety at the forefront.

  • Local and layover routes available (routes are bid by driver tenure).

  • Customer orders are pre-picked on plastic pallets for easy unloading.

  • All route trailers are equipped with liftgates and powered pallet jacks.

  • Tractors and route trailers are assigned by driver tenure.

  • Delivery routes start between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM.

  • Four- and five-day schedules available with consecutive days off.

  • 5th- and 6th-day “extra work” available with paid incentives.

  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and all other tasks as required.
     

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 20–80+ lbs. of product repetitively throughout each shift.

  • Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather with frequent stops (10+ per shift).
     

What You Bring to the Table
  • Register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse*.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Valid CDL Class A issued by state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.

  • Minimum six months commercial driving experience (one year of foodservice experience preferred).

  • Ability to operate manual transmission preferred; may be required in specific locations.

  • Ability to read and communicate in English—able to understand traffic signs, respond to official inquiries, and complete reports and records.
     

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law.

The training base rate for this role is $33.43 per hour, and after training, drivers will be paid component pay based on miles, cases, and stops, with hourly pay provided for downtime as applicable.
