Position Summary:
Necco has an opportunity for a career as Foster Care Lead Admin. This role will provide value to the company by supporting the revenue-driven programming throughout our locations. The Lead Admin will provide clear expectations and oversight of all administrative specialists throughout the Foster Care function.

The candidate selected will be responsible for the following:
Financial Services Management
  • Oversee the overall administrative financial activities of the assigned offices, such as payments and stipends
  • Assist administrative specialist with troubleshooting any finance- related issues within office
  • Serve as liaison with the finance team regarding issues related to billing/payments/claims for office programs
  • Ensure that all rent, bills, and stipends are paid out on time throughout
  • Follow up on held/denied claims or payments related to all FC programs communicating with finance to resolve issues
  • Oversee employee electronic risk files throughout with other administrative specialists
  • Complete and submit expense reports timely (Concur)
  • Other duties as assigned

Systems Management
  • Work all claims via Evolv routing prior to billing runs and communicate with the Operations liaison as issues arise
  • Ensure data is managed properly and efficiently via Evolv, Spider, Tableau, Intacct, and Microsoft Teams
  • Ensure the confidentiality of client records and office environment

Leadership and Development
  • Participate in all new administrative specialist interviews
  • Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to new admins, as needed
  • Host ongoing meetings/trainings amongst all state administrative specialists
  • Plan administrative specialist workshop to build relationships across the company
  • Build relationships amongst administrative specialists and leadership
  • Empower and inspire other administrative specialist to continue successfully on career path
  • Provide clear expectations and oversight for all administrative specialists in the office
  • Cascade all needed and relevant information to all administrative specialists
  • Attend and participate in NECCO meeting structure, administrative specialist conference calls and activities
  • Assist program/state director in creating/reviewing individual performance scorecards for all administrative specialist
  • Act as back-up in the event that an administrative specialist is absent (Evolv or other database assistance)
  • Communicate in a responsible, courteous, and professional manner with stakeholders
  • Assist corporate with new developments/ideas that help improve office productivity

Position Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 21 Years of Age
  • High School Education (Degree Preferred)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Minimum of 3 Years' experience in office, data entry and/or billing.
  • Valid driver's license
  • 25/50 to 100/300 Auto Insurance Coverage depending on role and responsibilities
  • Training and Travel willingness
  • Excellent communication, writing and organizational skills with a high level of proficiency
  • Successful completion of all required criminal background checks
  • Must possess the skills to navigate and execute software programs (i.e Microsoft Office, Database, Electronic Health Record, Dashboard)
  • Willingness and experience in working within a team structure
  • Must have the ability to adhere to scheduled and unplanned deadlines
