Limited Term position (up to 3 months, with possible extension up to 1 year)
POSITION SPECIFICS
Title: Administrative Assistant / Data Abstractor
FTE: per diem, up to 20 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, hours between 7am and 5pm; Ideally five (5) 4-hour shift, can be flexible with schedule
Holiday Rotation: None
Weekend Rotation: None
On Call Requirements: None
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual for a limited-term position supporting health information data management activities. In this role, you will use an electronic health record (EHR) system to export patient records and match imported patient records to the correct patient. No prior experience with electronic health records is required, as training will be provided.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with computers, has strong attention to detail, and can accurately follow established processes while handling sensitive information. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys working independently, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting operational efficiency.
