What You'll Lead
As Gonzales Thrift Store Manager, you'll guide a mission-centered retail operation that funds St. Vincent de Paul's charitable work while delivering a welcoming, efficient shopping and donation experience. You'll be accountable for store performance, operational discipline, and a team culture rooted in service.
Key responsibilities:
- Direct daily store operations, sales execution, merchandising, and inventory controls
- Coach, schedule, and develop employees and volunteers; set clear expectations and follow through on performance
- Uphold customer service standards and support local marketing efforts to grow revenue and reach
- Maintain strong store presentation, safety, cash handling, and compliance with established procedures
Required qualifications:
