Role: Data Analyst (Hands-on)

Work experience required: Minimum 6 years in Data Analysis

Skill set: SQL, Healthcare (Payer) and Prior Data Analyst experience

Required Skills: Minimum 6 years' experience in Data Analysis Proficient in advanced functions in SQL Advanced knowledge on Healthcare (Payer) industry Ability to analyze large and complex Payer data - Membership and Claims Ability to understand business requirements Ability to work with Architects to come-up with data models Ability to work with Technical team on ETL development and/or Tableau reporting development

Desired Skills: Experience with following database technologies: Postgres, RedShift, Hadoop and/or Oracle Payer domain knowledge on Provider, Billing and/or Care Management Solid working knowledge of Microsoft tools and software (i.e., Excel, Visio, Access, PowerPoint) Written and verbal communication skills interpersonal skills Ability to work independently, or within a team environment. Ability to work in fast paced environment
