• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques tailored to clients’ needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health concerns and create personalized treatment plans founded on evidence-based practices, ensuring compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
• Maintain meticulous client records and documentation, facilitating seamless communication with referral sources and other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Engage actively in team meetings and clinical supervision, contributing to discussions that enhance collective clinical knowledge and client care strategies.
• Stay abreast of updates in mental health practices through continuing education opportunities and trainings.

This role caters to a diverse client population, including individuals facing varying degrees of emotional and psychological challenges, such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship difficulties. Your ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client will be vital in fostering effective therapeutic alliances and positive therapeutic outcomes.

• Must possess a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in the state of Washington or be eligible for licensure.
• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical skills, with experience in applying various therapeutic modalities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, complemented by excellent organizational abilities.
• A compassionate, ethical, and culturally competent approach to client care.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experience preferred, showcasing an ability to manage a caseload effectively.
• Experience in telehealth counseling and remote client engagement techniques is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for maintaining client documentation and treatment notes.
