• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and determining appropriate therapeutic goals.
• Creating and implementing evidence-based treatment plans that reflect individual client objectives and preferences.
• Providing individual, couples, and group counseling, utilizing an array of therapeutic interventions suitable for diverse backgrounds.
• Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary treatment teams, sharing insights and strategies for comprehensive client care.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is handled appropriately.
