Our work setting is predominantly remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your time effectively. Full-time schedules typically consist of Monday to Friday, with eight-hour workdays, while part-time options can be tailored to suit personal needs and team requirements.

As an LPC at Horizon Care Counseling Center, you will:

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client, including thorough examinations and assessments.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to deliver care to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, observing all legal and ethical standards while ensuring client confidentiality.
• Engage in professional development activities such as workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for all clients.

Our center serves a wide range of clients from various backgrounds, addressing numerous mental health concerns including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, substance misuse, and family dynamics. Your expertise will directly influence the health and wellbeing of this diverse clientele, providing them with the tools and support needed to lead fulfilling lives.

Ideal candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• A deep understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A proven ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies.

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, with the opportunity for performance-based bonuses.
