Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Neptune, NJ

Shift: Full Time / Part Time / Per diem / Weekends

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering treatments, and ensuring the highest standards of care. The ideal candidate is clinically skilled, compassionate, and committed to patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

  • Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment

  • Provide emotional, psychological, and educational support to patients and families

  • Promote patient independence through education and care planning

  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

  • Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs

  • Respond to patient needs and changes in condition promptly

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

  • Follow infection control policies and medication safety protocols

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program

  • Current CPR/BLS certification (e.g., American Heart Association)

  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred

  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
