The F&B Marketing Coordinator will be an integral part of the team with maintaining website and social media sites while helping to increase social engagement for the food and beverage outlets.
Lead all social media management, including content ideation, creation, photography/videography capture, scheduling, publishing, and performance reporting
Develop and execute monthly and weekly social content calendars aligned with promotions, events, and business goals
Monitor engagement, respond to users, and actively grow audiences (including inviting users to follow pages)
Track and report on social media and website performance, including insights and recommendations
Oversee TikTok Business Manager, including content creation and execution, managing ad scheduling and campaign timing, funding paid media, tracking performance, and maintaining the Linktree account to ensure all links are current and aligned with promotions
Maintain strong sponsorship relationships, execute deliverables, and provide detailed recap reporting on activations and campaign exposure
Assist in tracking paid media performance and campaign results
Support oversight of paid social campaigns (TikTok/business manager, boosted posts), including funding, timing, and reporting
Manage and update website and Sitecore content, including events, LTO pages, landing pages, CTAs, and venue pages
Ensure all web content is accurate, timely, and aligned with marketing campaigns
Oversee and update digital screens and in-venue signage (standing screens, LED boards, promotional graphics) to align with current campaigns and events
Maintain organized photo and video libraries for marketing use
Coordinate and execute photoshoots
Assist in development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and event plans
Support creation of marketing collateral (flyers, posters, menus, digital graphics) from concept through approval
Oversee data collection strategies and execution for contests, giveaways, and other database growth initiatives, ensuring proper setup, tracking, and reporting of participant data and campaign performance
Maintain and update marketing calendar
Assist with invoices
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, list management, and e-blasts
- Support press releases, media advisories, proofreading, and copywriting
- Participate in on-site events, activations, and promotions
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Provide input on marketing strategies and new campaign ideas
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
