Addison Group is partnering with a respected organization seeking a Contracts Coordinator to support procurement, contract administration, and vendor management activities. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders.

Job Description:

The Contracts Coordinator will assist with the administration of contracts and procurement activities, ensuring compliance, maintaining documentation, and supporting contract lifecycle management from initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate contract preparation, review, execution, and tracking.
  • Support procurement processes, including vendor sourcing and bid activities.
  • Monitor contract deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate contract files and supporting documentation.
  • Review invoices and assist with contract-related budget tracking.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Prepare reports and provide updates on contract and procurement activities.
  • Assist with audits, records requests, and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in contract administration, procurement, purchasing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
