Job description

Overview
$23.60 / hour
Are you an experienced content creator with a strong portfolio in video, photography, and graphic design? Do you excel at producing high-quality content that captivates audiences and drives engagement? Join our team as a year-round Digital Content Coordinator and lead the development of compelling digital content that brings our amusement park to life across social media, websites, attraction launches, and more.
This role offers the chance to lead creative initiatives and shape the park's digital narrative while working in a dynamic and fun environment. You'll build a diverse portfolio and contribute to the park's success through innovative storytelling.
Responsibilities
  • Lead Content Creation: Independently capture and produce high-quality videos and photos of
    park events, food, shows, new attractions, and experiences.
  • Create prolific scroll-stopping content: Design graphics, write compelling scripts and captions to
    accompany visual captures and turn content, resized for multi-channel use, in a fast-paced
    environment.
  • Support Digital Campaigns: Create and execute content that aligns with business goals and
    enhance brand presence.
  • Collaborate and Advise: Work closely with full-time brand marketing, communications and social
    media leaders and cross-departmental teams to craft and share the park's unique stories.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Innovate with cutting-edge content ideas that resonate with modern digital audiences.
  • Analyze Performance: Track and interpret content performance metrics to inform future strategies and demonstrate ROI.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in film, digital media, visual arts, communications design, or 3+ years of hands-on experience in professional content creation.
  • Advanced proficiency in video production, including cinematography, editing, sound design, and motion graphics.
  • Strong photography skills, including lifestyle, action, and architectural shots; experience with food photography is a plus.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content tailored to each.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check if 18 or older
