Qualifications:
  • Associates or equivalent technical degree. MCSE, MCP, A+, certification and Bachelor's degree in a related field a plus
  • 3+ years' experience in an IT-related support position with in-depth knowledge of PCs
  • Hands on experience with Windows 10
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Familiarity with PC support tools and software distribution tools preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a highly customer-focused environment
  • Ability to lift PCs, printers, etc, (up to 50 pounds)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work effectively with staff and students
  • Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent in consultation with the Board may find appropriate and acceptable

Responsibilities Include:
  • Technical troubleshooting, including research of software application errors, issue re-creation, read/diagnose log files
  • Monitoring print servers, troubleshoot and resolve all network-printing issues
  • Following all district-approved workflows, field procedures and protocols
  • Repairing and maintaining all district computer, networking, and audio/visual equipment, as assigned, in a timely manner
  • Cooperating professionally with all staff members and working closely with assigned team members to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Performing basic testing of network or supported applications to resolve problems
  • Providing workstation and laptop system builds, updates, and repairs including the installation of images and software on computers.
  • Performing any such task as may from time to time be assigned by the Superintendent or designee.

2026-2027 Salary - $70,000 - pro-rated per diem
