We're hiring for multiple full-time positions and shifts at our Long Beach facility! Whether you're looking for a daytime production role or an afternoon or overnight position in our state-of-the-art Security Command Center, ECAM offers competitive pay, outstanding benefits, and opportunities to build a long-term career.
Position 1: Production Assembler
Electrical & Mechanical Systems
Pay: $21.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Overtime may be required based on business needs.
What You'll Do
Our Production Assemblers build and prepare the mobile surveillance units that help protect businesses across North America. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with tools, assembling equipment, and being part of a collaborative production team.
Responsibilities include:
  • Assemble mobile surveillance units, cameras, and power supply units (PSUs)
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Test completed units for quality and functionality
  • Clean, prepare, and inspect equipment for redeployment
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse organization
  • Follow quality standards and safety procedures
  • Work on multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
  • Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to meet production goals

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or related experience preferred
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Basic understanding of electrical wiring or mechanical assembly is a plus
  • Reliable, dependable, and safety-focused
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a production environment

Position 2: Command Center Escalations Specialist
Security Operations & Video Monitoring
Pay: $20.00/hour
Available Full-Time Shifts:
  • 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
  • 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM (Overnight)

Days vary. Flexibility is required, including availability to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and additional hours based on business needs.
What You'll Do
Our Command Center Escalations Specialists are the eyes and ears of our security operations. You'll monitor live security camera feeds, identify potential security threats, follow client-specific protocols, and coordinate with emergency responders when necessary.
This role is ideal for individuals who stay calm under pressure, enjoy technology, and excel at making quick, informed decisions.
Responsibilities include:
  • Monitor live and recorded surveillance video.
  • Respond to security events using established procedures.
  • Contact police, fire, security guards, or other emergency services when appropriate.
  • Answer inbound calls and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor alarms and investigate security incidents.
  • Document activity accurately and maintain confidential information.
  • Utilize multiple software systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Maps simultaneously.
  • Support special projects and operational initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong computer and multitasking skills.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm during high-pressure situations.
