About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Assembler responsible for building components and products to exact specifications using hand tools, power tools, and precision machinery. This role demands accuracy, manual dexterity, and the ability to interpret complex instructions and blueprints to ensure high-quality, efficient production.
Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret lot travelers, operational instructions, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, sample assemblies, and verbal guidance to determine assembly requirements.
  • Assemble chassis, racks, and final assembly hardware; install completed assemblies and subassemblies.
  • Operate tools and equipment used for assembly, stuffing, and preparation of prefabricated electronic and electro-mechanical components.
  • Adjust or trim materials and hardware to meet required dimensional and electrical specifications.
  • Conduct online go/no-go fit testing to verify that parts and assemblies meet defined standards.
  • Set up and perform operational testing of finished products using high-precision hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic test equipment.
  • Execute a wide variety of assembly tasks including soldering, potting, encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, curing, stamping, etching, impregnating, labeling, taping, marking, painting, crimping, riveting, pressing, and fastening hardware.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required, plus four years of experience in an electronic assembly environment.
  • Soldering experience required; IPC-A-620 certification highly preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with electronic shop floor control or document management systems.

Physical Requirements
Must be able to support standard business hours, Monday through Friday. Must also be able to support overtime on weekdays or weekends as required to support business needs.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. and be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
