What are WE Hiring For?
We are hiring a Painter/Finisher to join our Creedmoor, NC operation for our weekend shift.
What will you be doing?
Finishes, to include masking, spray painting, conformal coating, piece marking, encapsulation, and chemical finishing. Lamination stacking, bonding, fluidize bedding, motor impregnation, coil covering, helicoil insertion and other minor assembly. Remaining flexible to start and stop hot jobs when needed.
Weekend shift Fri/Sat/Sunday 6am-6:30pm.
What Experience, Knowledge, Education are we Looking for?
Must be 18 yrs. or older with a high school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years spray-painting experience required. Able to able to read blueprints and follow work instructions/specifications. Safety conscious and conforms to ES&H requirements.
NADCAP experience preferred.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION
FINGER DEXTERITY:
Hand eye coordination, steady hands, ability to operate shop equipment
TALKING:
Able to communicate in English
VISUAL ABILITY:
Must be able to identify colors and read minimum of 8-point font
PHYSICAL STRENGTH:
Able to lift 50 lbs. Max
