  • Coordinate production schedules, staffing, materials, workflow, and priorities.
  • Complete production reports and maintain accurate records of output, downtime, quality concerns, and employee performance.
  • Apply Lean manufacturing and 5S principles to improve safety, organization, quality, and efficiency.
  • Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Human Resources, and plant leadership to address operational concerns.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to strengthen employee performance and develop future team leaders.
  • Support other production areas as operational needs require.
Qualifications

  • Lean manufacturing, 5S, or related continuous-improvement experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and production-reporting systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to changing production priorities.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work around operating production equipment.
What We Offer
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) with employer match.
  • Paid time off.
  • Year-end bonus opportunities.
