Role: Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) Architect

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: Long-Term

A Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) Architect designs, builds, and manages secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud infrastructure and applications.
They bridge business requirements with technology, focusing on cloud-native solutions, migration strategies, security, and cost optimization to support organizational growth and digital transformation.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

Experience Required: 15 to 20 years

  • Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform services (GCE, GKE, etc.) and best practices in security and infrastructure
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and advanced troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in Ansible for package deployment and inventory reporting (custom playbook creation)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like ArgoCD and ArgoCI (used for migration to multitenancy)
  • Integration knowledge with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, etc.

Technology Leadership: Provide technical guidance on Google Cloud Platform services (e.g., Compute Engine, GKE, BigQuery, Vertex AI), DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines. Collaboration: Work with engineering, development, and operational teams to align technology with business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Google Cloud Platform Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with core Google Cloud Platform services (Compute, Storage, Networking).
