Qualifications

Training hours are 8-4:30 pm for first four weeks. Shift assignments should be expected to be as late as 8:30-5:00 pm after training, with the understanding that end time is dependent on when calls are no longer in queue (could run a bit past 5:00 pm). The call center is closed weekends and all state holidays.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) CSR to handle complex calls. Looking for long term and will hire Temp to Perm typically after 3-4 months on assignment
