To thrive as a Weekend Clinical Trial RN, you need a current RN license, clinical nursing experience, and a solid understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. Familiarity with clinical trial management systems, electronic data capture (EDC) tools, and protocol documentation is typically required. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication are vital soft skills for coordinating with research teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.
