Position Overview

The Community Health Network is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our compassionate team as a full-time employee. Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with community organizations, government agencies, and volunteers to enhance the scope and effectiveness of our services.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings, training sessions, and outreach activities to share insights and innovate approaches to client care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will predominantly focus on underserved populations including individuals and families facing mental health challenges, social injustices, and economic hardships. By addressing their unique needs and fostering resilience, you will play a crucial role in supporting their journey toward stability and empowerment.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required to provide the highest standard of care.
  • Possession of an active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory for practice.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of social justice, advocacy efforts, trauma-informed care, and familiarity with community resources enhances your effectiveness in the role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and empathetic skills are essential for fostering trust and connection with clients.
Preferred Experience
