Job Details

The building cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean and presentable building, both inside and outside. You will be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting high-traffic areas, emptying trash, sanitizing restrooms, and keeping entrances clear.

Shift Available:

  • Saturday & Sunday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Cleaning lobby area, stairways, hallways, and windows.
  • Vacuuming carpeted areas.
  • Mopping tiled floor areas and entrances.
  • Cleaning washrooms, gym area, and amenity rooms.
  • Responsible for exterior walk-through and required litter pick-up.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Be able to communicate in English.
  • Be reliable and punctual.
  • Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
  • Able to lift 20 lbs and climb a 5ft ladder.
