Job description

Part-Time General Cleaner Position Available 

Hours:  Times will vary with open availability including weekends required

Compensation : $14/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
  • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
  • Carry out cleaning task and special projects
  • Notify Account Manager needs for repairs
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms
  • Cooperate with all staff
  • Follow all health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Previous Janitorial Experience Preferred
  • Must be able to lift 25-30 lbs.
  • Prefer one year stripping, waxing, and buffing floors.  Experience using a floor scrubber and ability to carpet clean.
