Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour

Job Summary:

Mon Valley Healthcare is seeking a reliable and welcoming Weekend Receptionist to join our team in Monongahela, PA. As the primary point of contact during weekend operations, you will welcome patients, families, and visitors, handle incoming communications, and provide essential administrative support to maintain a positive and efficient healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients, families, and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude, offering assistance and directions as needed.

  • Manage the reception area, answer phone calls, take accurate messages, and route calls to the appropriate staff or department.

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and faxes efficiently.

  • Maintain accurate patient and visitor logs, assist with scheduling, and support administrative record-keeping.

  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and handling light correspondence.

  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk area while adhering strictly to HIPAA and confidentiality standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

  • 1–3 years of reception or customer service experience (healthcare setting preferred).
