  • Uses Google Tag Manager (GTM) to set up, verify, and troubleshoot tracking.
  • Ensures forms, calls, and lead conversions are tracking accurately across every campus.
  • Identifies and resolves website and tracking issues quickly.
  • Supports and eventually manages Google Ads (PPC) campaigns as the primary lead generation channel, with additional campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Reddit.
  • Writes, tests, and iterates ad copy, headlines, and landing page variations.
  • Monitors key marketing metrics, including cost per lead, conversion rates, and traffic sources.
  • Builds and maintains internal reporting on SEO and marketing performance across channels.
  • Provides clear, actionable insights to marketing leadership on what is working and what is not.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
