Job Summary

Houk Chiropractic is looking for a manual adjuster who cares greatly about the patient and their team. We are a dynamic team of caring, thorough chiropractors that offer MLS laser, medical massage and listen to the needs of our patients. Together we work hard to develop effective outcomes of optimal health.

Our Chiropractors work closely with patients and have a variety of duties and responsibilities to perform, including:

  • Conduct patient consultations by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, examining patients, and reviewing x-rays.
  • Examine, evaluate and treat patients Neuromusculoskeletal System to determine the cause of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Maintain accurate case histories of patients.
  • Perform adjustments for the spine and other areas as recommended.
  • Provide patients with educational resources and recommend courses of treatment.
  • Fulfill documentation requirements for patient visits in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain chiropractic license requirements including CEU’s and malpractice and alert the clinic of any issues.
  • Maintain positive and professional communications with patients and coworkers.
  • Make appropriate intra-office and interdisciplinary referrals.
  • Request and take x-rays as necessary.

Ensure medical necessity has been reached with the patient before treatment and care plan has been made.

  • Doctor of Chiropractic accredited school
  • Valid license in the Washington state
