Job Description
Are you looking for a physically active position where your hard work makes a difference every day? We are seeking dependable General Labor Associates to join a busy production team in Richmond, IL. In this role, you'll sort, inspect, stack, and organize wooden pallets while maintaining quality standards and supporting safe warehouse operations. Responsibilities
  • Sort wooden pallets by hand according to quality standards
  • Separate damaged pallets from reusable inventory
  • Stack, organize, and move pallets throughout the facility
  • Perform quality inspections to identify pallet grades
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Assist with general warehouse and production duties as assigned
 
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, construction, carpentry, roofing, welding, or other physically demanding work is preferred
  • Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
