Job description

Our drivers are the heartbeat of Pet Food Experts. We offer competitive pay, reliable year-round work, great benefits, and routes designed to get you home every week.
Pay & Perks
  • Guaranteed minimum weekly pay: $1,440
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus
  • Home every week - no scheduled weekends

  • 3 weeks of PTO annually, accruing from day one; available after 90 days

The Equipment
  • Freightliner trucks
  • Automatic transmission
  • Day cab and box trucks
  • Liftgates, electric pallet jacks, manual pallet jacks, and dollies

The Route
  • Delivery area includes Minnesota, Wisconsin, South Dakota, and Iowa
  • Approximately 1,200 miles per week
  • Average 10-16 stops per route
  • Typical start time: 6:00 AM
  • 1 overnight route per week
  • Typical workday: 10-12 hours
  • Mix of metropolitan and rural driving

The Job
  • Drive a tractor-trailer on assigned regional routes
  • Deliver pet food and supplies to independent pet retailers
  • Unload product using pallet and hand jacks
  • Complete delivery paperwork accurately
  • Provide dependable, professional customer service

This is a hands-on delivery position. Drivers should be comfortable unloading product, getting in and out of the truck throughout the day, and working independently.
What you bring
  • CDL Class A license + valid DOT Medical Certificate
  • 1+ year of CDL driving experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and repeatedly get in and out of the truck
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to pass a physical, drug test, background check, and MVR review
