Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) to join our Dialysis team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care and support individuals receiving life-sustaining dialysis treatments in a caring, patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and equipment
  • Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatments to patients
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
  • Record vital signs and treatment information accurately
  • Assist nurses and providers with patient care needs
  • Maintain infection control and safety standards
  • Offer compassionate support and education to patients and families
  • Help create a welcoming and positive patient experience
Requirements
  • Desire to enter the health care field to care for other people in need
  • High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
  • Must be a PCT with at least a year of experience in hemodialysis within the last 24 months
  • Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) is required within 18 months
  • Must have current American Heart Association, Basic Cardiac Life Support and Healthcare Provider card
  • Must be comfortable working around blood and needles
  • Must be comfortable mixing acid or bicarb
  • Flexibility and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
  • Physical and mental ability to work long hours (some shifts are 12+ hours) on your feet so wear comfortable shoes! Our work ends when it is safe for our patients.
  • Willingness to train
