Overview
Cocktail Server
A Cocktail Server is a key member of our hospitality staff. This position contributes to the overall guest experience by providing excellent service and creating a positive atmosphere. Responsibilities
  • Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner; Take and deliver drink orders promptly and accurately while providing recommendations on specialty cocktails and other beverages
  • Engage with customers, anticipating their needs and preferences
  • Ensure accuracy in taking and delivering orders
  • Verify guest identification for age-restricted purchases
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area; Monitor and restock supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth service
  • Communicate effectively with team members to fulfill guest requests

Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Cocktail Server or in a similar customer service role is preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
  • Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service
  • Must be 21

Pay Range
