Job description

Certified Aviation Services (CAS), a leader in innovative aviation maintenance solutions, is seeking a Full-Time A&P Mechanic specializing in Line Maintenance and Cyclean Engine Wash operations. This position provides the opportunity to support both routine line maintenance activities and advanced engine cleaning services using Lufthansa Technik's patented Cyclean® Engine Wash System. The role focuses on delivering efficient, environmentally friendly maintenance solutions that enhance aircraft performance and reliability for commercial operators.
With a flexible schedule and a company-provided service vehicle equipped with Cyclean® equipment, this position is well-suited for mechanics looking to expand their technical expertise across both line maintenance and specialized engine wash operations while maintaining operational flexibility.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled line maintenance tasks on commercial aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations, OEM manuals, and company procedures
  • Conduct Cyclean® Engine Wash services on aircraft engines, ensuring proper setup, execution, and shutdown procedures
  • Operate, inspect, and maintain Cyclean® equipment and associated company vehicle used for station coverage and travel
  • Perform pre- and post-maintenance inspections to ensure airworthiness and compliance with regulatory and customer requirements
  • Accurately complete maintenance records, service documentation, and reporting in accordance with FAA and company standards
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues during both line maintenance and engine wash operations
  • Collaborate with team members, flight crews, and station personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and timely aircraft service
  • Maintain adherence to all safety policies, quality standards, and environmental procedures

Qualifications:
  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification required.
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a SIDA badge for airport access.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in aircraft maintenance or engine systems preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of jet engine systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Cyclean Engine Wash Systems is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
  • Willingness to travel between stations as needed.
