We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Caregiver to join our team and deliver compassionate and personalized care to our elderly and disabled clients in the Phoenix community. As a Weekend Caregiver, you will play a vital role in creating a positive impact on the lives of our clients, their families, and our community.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-home care to clients with varying levels of needs, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication management

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care delivery

  • Maintain accurate records of client care, including progress notes, medication schedules, and vital signs

  • Collaborate with the care team to create personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
