Job Summary:
As the Lineman I, II, III, you will ultimately be responsible for constructing, maintaining, repairing, and restoring aerial and underground telecommunications infrastructure. You will perform line construction, maintenance, emergency restoration, and system upgrades while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with engineering specifications, company standards, and customer requirements. As the Lineman I, II, III, your customers are Congruex construction teams, project managers, utility partners, and clients, and you will make meaningful contributions to the company's success through quality workmanship, operational excellence, and a commitment to safety.
