Weekend bussers are restaurant staff responsible for clearing tables, resetting them for new guests, and assisting servers during weekends, which are typically busy periods. Their main duties include removing dirty dishes, wiping down tables and chairs, refilling water glasses, and sometimes helping with basic cleaning tasks.
