Join Busch Gardens Williamsburg / Water Country USA as a Park Quality Ambassador at our Ambassador Housing Village. The Ambassador Housing Village is a six acre property with dorm-style rooms that serves as the home away from home for more than 600 employees on an annual basis. Our team members come from around the globe to work at the World's Most Beautiful Theme Park!
The Park Quality Team keeps the Ambassador Housing Village looking nice for residents. All of the Ambassador Housing Team thrives on interaction in a culturally diverse work environment. Note - The Ambassador Housing Village is an operation of the Busch Gardens Williamsburg / Water County USA Human Resources Division.
What you get to do:
Working in Park Quality, you'll perform a wide variety of duties to keep the Ambassador Housing Village safe and clean for all residents. Working in a team environment, you will model a positive attitude, a high level of energy and an unyielding commitment to quality. You will:
  • Work in a team environment and interact with others in a professional manner
  • Perform routine custodial services including cleanliness of outdoor spaces
  • Perform housekeeping tasks such as laundry and cleaning facilities/rooms
  • Assist with cleaning of equipment and proper storage
  • Follow standard operating procedures necessary to perform job functions to serve a quality product
  • Provide excellent service in an efficient and courteous manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business need

What it takes to succeed:
  • Work a flexible schedule/hours based on business need, to include overnights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Have basic understanding of custodial and grounds equipment
  • Currently have valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving guidelines preferred
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with ambassadors and all others conducting business on our properties
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 75 lbs. on a frequent basis. Some specific work areas may require heavier lifting
  • Perform the following physical activities on a frequent basis: kneel, squat, stand, walk, climb, bend floor-to-waist/waist-to-overhead and reach overhead, simple grasp and fine manipulation tasks
  • Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
  • Part Time and Seasonal opportunities available

Compensation: 14.00 USD Hourly
