From general dermatological conditions (acne, eczema, skin allergies, psoriasis, hair and nail conditions, skin cancer) to cosmetic procedures (Botox®, fillers, peels, lasers, and Microneedling).
They provide an unmatched level of comprehensive dermatological care, including mole and growth removal, cancer screenings, and a wide range of cosmetic services. The office staff are fluent in many languages, including English, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindu, German, Slovak, Hungarian, Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Czech, Belorussian, Yiddish, and French.
Our practice includes various professionals in the field of dermatology, dermatologic, cosmetic and laser surgery, who have extensive experience on cutting edge in the field of dermatology. With more than 35 years of experience in dermatology they make it a point that the entire team of providers use safe, effective, AAD, and FDA-approved treatments at this offices.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a strong background in medical and cosmetic dermatology to join our growing team. This position serves a diverse patient population with a broad range of skin conditions.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and committed to providing exceptional clinical care while working collaboratively with our dermatologists and support staff.
Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive dermatologic assessments and provide medical treatment for a variety of skin conditions (acne, eczema, psoriasis, rashes, skin infections, benign lesions, etc.).
  • Conduct full-body skin exams and identify potential skin cancers or concerning lesions.
  • Perform in-office procedures such as biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions (if credentialed), and other minor dermatologic treatments.
  • Perform in-office cosmetic procedures such as botox, fillers and microneedling (if credentialed).
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices.
  • Educate patients on skin health, disease prevention, and treatment expectations.
  • Collaborate with supervising dermatologists and clinical team to ensure high-quality continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate, thorough documentation within the EMR system - Do you have experience with EMA?
  • Participate in ongoing clinical education and training as needed.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of New York
  • Minimum 2 years of dermatology experience required (medical and cosmetic dermatology preferred) - 5 years of dermatology experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills in evaluating and treating general dermatologic conditions.
  • Proficiency in dermatologic procedures such as biopsies and cryotherapy.
  • Proficiency in cosmetic dermatologic procedures such as botox, fillers and microneedling.
  • Excellent communication, patient education, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with physician oversight.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining practice standards.

Working Hours
