Looking to grow your hospitality career? Join our team as a Cocktail Server at Potawatomi Casino Hotel! In this fast-paced role, you'll greet and serve guests throughout our casino floor. If you're a friendly, outgoing individual who enjoys being on the move and engaging with people, this is the perfect opportunity to shine.
Below are some of the responsibilities of a Cocktail Server:
  1. Greet guests with a friendly acknowledgement. Assess, anticipate, and promptly attend to guest needs or concerns in a courteous manner.
  2. Take and serve beverage orders accurately and monitor responsible alcohol service to guests.
  3. Prepare and mix drinks as needed or necessary.
  4. Operate and clean all equipment in service stations, including beverage dispensing systems and coffee machines.
  5. Use a point-of-sale (POS) system to accurately enter orders, dispense correct change, and process credit card and other payment transactions.
