Job description

POSITION OVERVIEW
We’ve launched a new hybrid class, Box + Sculpt, that blends our signature boxing format with a mat-based, Pilates-inspired sculpt session, and we’re looking for more dynamic coaches to bring it to life. If you’re a Pilates, yoga, sculpt, barre, or group fitness instructor who loves coaching form, flow, and energy, you’ll thrive here. No boxing experience needed; we’ll train you.
A TITLE Hybrid Coach leads high‑energy classes that combine heavy‑bag boxing rounds with Pilates‑inspired core work and sculpt sequences. You don’t need to be a boxing expert on day one. We’ll teach you our boxing fundamentals. What matters most is your ability to motivate, connect, and deliver an unforgettable group fitness experience.
If you’re a Pilates, yoga, sculpt, barre, or group fitness instructor who loves coaching, this role is for you. TITLE Boxing Club Coach is responsible for delivering a world-class experience. The position requires a strong ability to command, lead, and inspire others through a pre-designed workout. A TBC Coach must demonstrate a well-rounded knowledge of fitness and immerse themselves in the TITLE community amp; brand culture.
ABOUT TITLE
At TITLE Boxing Club, we believe in creating not only better boxers but better people. Our classes empower members to conquer their goals through a mix of boxing, strength, and now sculpt training. We’re on a mission to uplift, motivate, and help our community “throw a punch at whatever life throws at us.”
BRAND STANDARDS amp; RESPONSIBILITIES
  • On-Brand Classes: Prepare for and deliver on-brand classes using our daily programming
  • Connect and Engage: Arrive early and stay post-class to connect with our team, members, and first-timers
  • Professional Development: Attend monthly staff meetings and development workshops
  • Lead by Example: Move with the class to elevate energy and demonstrate proper technique
  • Team Player: Assist the front of the house with pre- and post-class responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • CPR and First Aid certification highly preferred
  • A nationally accredited fitness certification preferred (ACE, NASM, AFAA, ACSM, NETA, Yoga Alliance, Pilates certifications, barre certifications, etc.)
  • Background in Pilates, yoga, sculpt, barre, functional training, or group fitness strongly encouraged
  • Boxing experience a plus, but not required: we’ll train you
  • 1-2+ years of group fitness experience preferred
  • Ability to deliver an energetic, motivating class
  • Willingness to coach 2-3+ classes per week
  • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends

COMPENSATION amp; PERKS
  • Opportunities for private training sessions (boxing, Pilates/sculpt, strength or hybrid)
  • Potential bonus structures
  • Free classes and discounted merchandise
  • Be part of a high-energy fitness community
