- Client Relationship Management:Build trust and rapport, acting as the primary point of contact for the client journey from inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.
- Product Expertise:Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advanced aesthetic technologies, industry trends, and medical-grade skincare products.
- Collaboration:Work closely with Medical Directors, RNs, and injectors to ensure seamless treatment execution.
- Systems Management:Utilize CRM and scheduling software to manage patient records, track follow-ups, and ensure accurate documentation. Use of Zenoti an asset.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ yearsof proven sales success in a med spa, cosmetic dermatology, or luxury retail setting.
- Deep knowledge of medical aesthetic treatments, including lasers, injectables, and medical-grade skincare.
- Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales goals and upselling targets.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex medical-aesthetic procedures clearly and empathetically.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Esthetician or Laser License in the state of Texas but not mandatory
- Proficiency in CRM systems experience with , Zenoti and asset
