About the Role:

The Weekend Supervisor - RN at Willowbrook plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing care during weekend shifts. This position is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, managing nursing staff, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations every other weekend. The supervisor acts as a key liaison between nursing personnel, patients, and administrative teams to promote a safe, efficient, and compassionate care environment. They are tasked with addressing patient care issues promptly, coordinating resources, and supporting staff development to uphold the facility’s standards. Ultimately, this role ensures continuity of care and operational excellence during weekend hours, contributing to positive patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:
