Job description

BOLT FARM is building America's most iconic romantic luxury retreat brand: nature-immersed, high-experience, and emotionally transformative. Backed by 3,300+ five-star reviews, 1M+ followers, and features across Forbes, Travel + Leisure, and Netflix, we're scaling from a high-performing flagship into a national portfolio. If you want to operate at the ground floor of a brand with real momentum, high standards, and a team obsessed with doing it right, this is your seat.
What You'll Love About Working at BOLT FARM
Create moments guests never forget.
You'll help bring romance packages, proposals, and special in-room experiences to life for couples celebrating some of the most meaningful moments of their lives.
Do hands-on creative work.
This is for someone who likes styling, setting up beautiful spaces, organizing details, and seeing the finished result come together.
Join a high-standard guest experience team.
Details matter here. The work you do directly shapes how the stay feels, photographs, and is remembered.
No boring desk job.
You'll be active, moving, setting up, restocking, organizing, resetting, and helping the team execute guest moments with care.
Build your eye for design and hospitality.
Over time, there may be room to grow into more styling, creative setup, personalization, and design-oriented work.
Be part of something guests actually feel.
This role is not just about placing items in a room. It is about helping create moments that feel personal, polished, romantic, and worth remembering.
You Know You're a Great Fit for This Role If...
You love making things look beautiful, polished, and intentional.
You notice crooked details, messy presentation, missing items, smudges, uneven spacing, and anything that feels "almost right" but not quite there.
You are reliable, hands-on, coachable, and proud of doing work guests will remember.
You do not need to invent everything from scratch. You enjoy taking a clear standard and executing it beautifully.
You like active work, visual details, thoughtful presentation, and being part of a team that cares deeply about the guest experience.
The Core Mission
Bring BOLT FARM's special guest setups to life with care, consistency, and strong attention to detail, so each guest moment feels personal, elevated, romantic, and worth sharing.
Why This Role Matters
Guests come to BOLT FARM to slow down, reconnect, celebrate, and feel something meaningful.
This role helps deliver the thoughtful details that make a stay feel special - romance packages, proposal setups, elevated in-room moments, minibars, meal add-ons, and other guest surprises.
You are joining an established Guest Experience team with standards already in place. The opportunity is to strengthen execution on busy guest days, especially weekends, while helping create more capacity for senior team members to focus on personalization, planning, and higher-level creative work.
This role matters because the little details are not little to the guest.
A room that feels beautifully prepared can become part of a proposal story.
A polished romance package can become the moment a couple remembers most.
A thoughtful setup can turn a great stay into something unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute romance package, proposal, and other guest "wow moment" setups before guest arrival
  • Prepare units so visual details feel intentional, polished, and aligned with BOLT FARM standards
  • Support setup and breakdown for installs tied to guest timing, including select evening proposal setups
  • Restock minibars and certain meal-delivery items tied to guest packages and add-ons
  • Count, organize, and prep inventory for upcoming installs, meals, packages, and guest surprises
  • Support weekend coverage across the team's busiest check-in and checkout days
  • Work closely with the Dreamweaver team to follow standards, apply feedback, and keep execution consistent across setups
  • Communicate clearly when inventory, timing, setup details, or guest-related needs require attention
  • Help protect the quality, polish, and consistency of the guest experience through strong follow-through

What Success Looks Like
Guest setups are completed on time, accurately, and beautifully.
Romance packages, proposals, and in-room moments feel polished, intentional, and aligned with BOLT FARM standards.
Inventory is organized, stocked, and ready for upcoming installs, meals, and guest add-ons.
The Dreamweaver team can trust you to follow standards, communicate clearly, and support busy guest days without unnecessary chaos.
Guests walk into spaces that feel cared for, elevated, romantic, and ready for the moment they came here to experience.
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing, service-based environment such as hospitality, retail, restaurant, event support, or similar
  • Experience with inventory, restocking, supply organization, setup work, or similar hands-on operational tasks
  • Basic working knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work onsite on a regular Thursday through Monday schedule, typically around 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM CT, with occasional later coverage tied to guest installs
  • Ability to walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds

Nice to Have
  • Experience with event setup, wedding setup, styled shoots, photoshoot production, or other visually driven setup work
  • Experience with floral arranging, bouquets, decor styling, visual merchandising, or interior decorating/styling
  • Background in photography, design coursework, theater, art, or other creative environments that build visual judgment
  • Experience creating polished, guest-facing environments that feel memorable, elevated, and worth sharing
  • Experience in boutique hospitality, premium retail, luxury service, or other high-touch environments where presentation matters
Who Thrives Here
People who thrive here are dependable, visually aware, hands-on, and proud of making things feel special.
They follow standards closely, take feedback well, and care about the small details that turn a setup from "done" into memorable.
They do not need constant direction once trained. They take ownership of their checklist, communicate early when something is off, and understand that timing, presentation, and consistency all matter.
This is a great fit for someone who wants a hands-on role where creativity, polish, guest impact, and real execution meet.
If you want to help create the moments couples remember forever, this is your seat.
