At Boarding Pass Coffee, located in downtown Alpharetta, GA, we’re looking for a talented Weekend Barista & Guest Experience Lead to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love connecting with people, and have a knack for crafting the perfect cup of coffee (or craft cocktail!), we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

As our Weekend Guest Experience Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests feel welcome and leave with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and alcohol beverages with care and consistency.
  • Leading the guest experience by providing exceptional customer service and fostering a warm, inviting atmosphere.
  • Managing weekend operations, ensuring the shop runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace to uphold our high standards.
  • Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for coffee to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
