Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Housekeeping and housekeeping management staff in expediting the many administrative paperwork details related to the housekeeping departments.
- Administer Lost and Found Policy.
- Prepare the Vacant Dirty Report.
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
- Knowledgeable about daily hotel operations, check daily event sheets, bulletin boards and be up to date with all changes, new procedures, and events.
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the supervisor.
- Complete safety training and certifications.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to reach common goals.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
