Job description

Beechmont Country Club, a Troon Managed Property, located in in Beachwood, OH is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of full-time, part-time (seasonal and year-round) Valet Attendant. Qualified candidates will thrive in premier hospitality environment focused on providing exceptional service.

Job Summary
The ideal candidate will exemplify a hospitality spirit and maintain a sense of urgency with duties and tasks.
 
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Starting hourly rate is $16 or higher, based on experience and qualifications – occasional tips
  • Full Time Associates: Comprehensive Troon benefits package that includes options for medical, dental, vision, supplemental medical, LT and ST disability, life insurance, and 401(k) retirement plan
  • Other Benefits: shift meals, holiday bonus, uniforms, golf opportunities, educational scholarships

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet members and guests promptly and courteously upon their arrival and departure
  • Assist guests when entering and exiting their vehicles
  • Follows established processes for claim ticketing and key management, vehicle parking and retrieval, and securing vehicles and contents
  • Maintains a neat and clean work environment
  • Ensure safe operation of vehicles and work practices
  • Returns all vehicles to their owners in the same manner and condition they were taken
  • Assists with golf bag drop and pick up
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Other Qualifications:
  • Prior experience preferred.
  • Enthusiastic and friendly personality
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Clean driving record required
  • Able to work both weekdays and weekends - shifts generally run from morning to mid-afternoon, or from late afternoon to the evening
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
Physical Demands:
  • Regularly stands, walks, and runs
  • Regularly uses hands; reaches with arms and hands
  • Frequently talks or hears
Environment/Noise:
  • Noise level is moderate
  • Physical work environment is predominantly outdoors
