As a Weekend Barista, your main responsibilities include preparing and serving coffee and specialty drinks, handling customer orders at the counter or drive-thru, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the café. You will also be expected to restock supplies, process payments using POS systems, and assist with light food preparation if required. Weekend shifts are often busier, so teamwork and the ability to stay organized under pressure are especially important. To thrive as a Weekend Barista, you need basic coffee preparation skills, familiarity with food and beverage safety standards, and preferably prior customer service experience. Proficiency in operating espresso machines, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and knowledge of basic sanitation procedures are often required. Outstanding communication, multitasking, and a friendly demeanor help baristas build rapport with customers and work efficiently in a busy café setting. These skills ensure accurate service, customer satisfaction, and smooth operation during high-traffic weekend hours.

We are looking for a Barista/Bar Back to join us at our Midtown Location. Pay starts at $12.50 an hour. Tips range anywhere from $8-11 per hour, with an effective pay range of $18.25-$22.25 per hour. (Tips are not guaranteed). We have a passport for progression within our growing company.
