ResponsibilitiesTransport bulk supplies to and from bars and maintain cleanliness of bars. Assists the Bartender in providing friendly, courteous beverage preparation and service in accordance with established procedures.
- Report to Supervisor on duty for daily assignments
- Transport and Stock beer, soda, bag ‘n box and bulk items needed at bars and other venues
- Transport and Stock glassware to bars and other venues
- Unload items delivered to bars and other venues
- Clean floors, drains, and mats at bars and other venues
- Ensure use of correct elevators and delivery routes to designated bars and other venues
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of bar and other venues
- Prepare mixes and garnishes
- Assist Bartender in preparation of drinks as necessary
- Maintain knowledge of current hotel activities, beverage outlets and operations
- Get change for Bartender as required
- Other job-related duties as assigned
