ResponsibilitiesTransport bulk supplies to and from bars and maintain cleanliness of bars. Assists the Bartender in providing friendly, courteous beverage preparation and service in accordance with established procedures.

  • Report to Supervisor on duty for daily assignments
  • Transport and Stock beer, soda, bag ‘n box and bulk items needed at bars and other venues
  • Transport and Stock glassware to bars and other venues
  • Unload items delivered to bars and other venues
  • Clean floors, drains, and mats at bars and other venues
  • Ensure use of correct elevators and delivery routes to designated bars and other venues
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of bar and other venues
  • Prepare mixes and garnishes
  • Assist Bartender in preparation of drinks as necessary
  • Maintain knowledge of current hotel activities, beverage outlets and operations
  • Get change for Bartender as required
  • Other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Knowledge of inventory procedures and stocking
