The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner. This role involves, serving customers, managing bar inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.ย 

  • Drink Preparation:ย Mix and serve drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences. This includes crafting classic cocktails, creating new drinks, and pouring wine, beer, and other beverages.
  • Customer Service:ย Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and provide attentive service. Engage with customers to enhance their experience, answer questions about the menu, and make recommendations when appropriate.
  • Bar Management:ย Manage bar operations efficiently, including restocking and organizing bar supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and setting up and closing down the bar area.
  • Inventory Control:ย Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and assist in managing bar stock to minimize waste and prevent shortages. Conduct regular inventory checks.
  • Cash Handling:ย Process payments accurately, handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system. Ensure that all transactions are recorded correctly and follow up on any discrepancies.
