The position of Barback will assist bartender in maintaining bars and drink stations while providing exceptional service, maintains bars in a clean, orderly and well stocked manner, ensures guests have a positive gaming experience by actively interacting with guests, cleans and sanitizes all equipment, keeps all floors free of debris and spills, maintains par stock levels in all assigned bars, helps cleans and sanitizes all bartender and guest areas, tetrieves supplies from the Beverage storage areas, and maintains proper stock rotation.
Position Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent and one year in bartending, barbacking or similar stocking. Must be 21 years of age.
