Job Summary:
The Lodge at Hocking College is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Part-Time Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. This position involves preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, stockkeeping, and ensuring a high level of customer
satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
 Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established standard operating procedures.
 Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and
responding to inquiries about the menu and drink options.
 Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning
countertops, and disposing of waste properly.
 Stock and replenish bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice, to ensure efficient service.
 Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service and ID verification for age restrictions.
 Collaborate with front office staff and other team members to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
 Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, following company policies for cash handling.
 Assist in the setup and breakdown of bar functions and special events as needed.
 Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required to stay updated on menu changes and service standards.
Qualifications:
